Questionmark Launches Ready-Made Assessments to Help Employers Identify Staff Strengths and Weakness and Improve Performance

  • Tests cover compliance, sales & marketing, and transferable skills
  • Better skills assessments help employers make more informed people decisions

TRUMBULL, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Questionmark, the online assessment provider, has launched a new ready-made assessment offer that helps employers assess the business skills of their people. The tests cover compliance, sales and marketing, and transferable skills.

Questionmark has developed the tests in response to demand from customers who wanted help to identify strengths and address areas of risk or weakness across specific skills and functions.

The launch is part of the firm’s strategy to provide an end-to-end assessment service for customers. It complements Questionmark’s enterprise-grade assessment platform. It follows the launch of Questionmark’s professional services, where the firm provides a range of consultancy and training services to help customers get up to speed on the platform.

Assessments available through the new offer will include:

Compliance tests

Employers often struggle to identify what regulations and compliance procedures their employees know and follow. Poor understanding increases the chance of human error and puts the business at risk from regulatory breaches and fines, eroding customer trust.

Questionmark’s tests will help employers identify knowledge gaps, reduce risk, demonstrate compliance and increase customer trust. These tests will focus on anti-discrimination, the California Consumer Privacy Act (US), General Data Protection Regulations (EU), and cybersecurity for home-based workers.

Sales and marketing tests

In every business, the sales and marketing team is responsible for increasing revenues and driving growth. But teams may not have all the skills they need, which can put a brake on growth.

Questionmark’s tests help employers assess skills, identify who needs training and improve individual, team, and business performance. They cover B2B sales qualification, digital marketing and retail customer care.

Transferable skills tests

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills can be essential to succeed at work and university. However, not all intelligence tests measure critical thinking and problem-solving skills to a satisfactory degree.

Questionmark’s Thinking Skills test helps employers and universities identify people with high potential by testing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

John Kleeman, Questionmark founder and executive director, said: “Our new content offer is the next step in helping our customers to get the information they need to make more informed decisions about their people. Alongside our assessment platform and professional services, our customers are now better able to use assessments to unlock the potential of their business and people.”

Employers can access the assessments, which they can use or adapt according to their needs, for a fixed cost depending on the number of the test attempts required. Questionmark will add further assessments in response to demand from customers.
