Adya Announces Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders Will Be Available via Conference Call

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Adya, Inc. (“Adya” or the “Company”), (TSX-V:ADYA) announces that its upcoming annual and special meeting of shareholders (“Meeting”), which will be held Friday, October 9, 2020 at 2 p.m. (Toronto time) will be available by conference call.

Adya urges shareholders to vote in advance using one of the methods described in the management information circular mailed to shareholders and posted on SEDAR on September 18, 2020.

In order to comply with government and public health directions regarding COVID-19 social distancing and to mitigate risk to health of our shareholders, employees and other stakeholders, the Meeting will be available via audio call-in live at 2 p.m. (Toronto time) on Friday, October 9, 2020 and will be accessible at 1 437-703-4469, code 495 729 605#.

The call will be listen-only and shareholders will not be able to vote or speak at the Meeting.
