Blue Apron Announces Proposed Public Offering of Class A Common Stock

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Blue Apron Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: APRN) today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. Blue Apron intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares of its Class A common stock. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Blue Apron.

Morgan Stanley is acting as active book-running manager and Canaccord Genuity is acting as passive book-running manager for the offering. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
