On Tap Credit Union® Names Laurie Jensen Senior Director of Member Engagement and Retail Delivery

Jensen, a 25+ year veteran in the Credit Union industry, brings innovative leadership along with strong project and change management expertise

GOLDEN, Colo.--()--On Tap Credit Union®, a leader in providing consumers in local Colorado communities with innovative financial solutions for more than 60 years, is excited to welcome Laurie Jensen as Senior Director of Member Engagement and Retail Delivery. Over the past two decades, Jensen quickly became a rising star with Westerra Credit Union as she started her career path on the front lines and ended as Senior Vice President of Member Services. During her time, she grew partnerships and referrals with all business lines including card services, mortgages, and consumer lending. In addition, she gained experience in leadership, coaching, budgeting, and strategic direction by managing several teams throughout her career.

“Laurie brings with her a passion for member experience, member service, and leading teams to strengthen their performance, which contributes to individual, team and credit union goals,” said On Tap Credit Union President and CEO Tracie Wilcox. “We’re excited to have her join On Tap and bring her wealth of knowledge to future projects.”

The number one goal of the credit union is about more than simply delivering financial products but listening to their members’ financial needs, goals and advocating for them through financial guidance and support. They believe this will allow members to worry less about their financial wellness so they can focus more on achieving their personal goals.

Jensen will focus on all aspects of the member experience as it relates to the member journey throughout all areas of the credit union. She will also be responsible for planning, directing, and leading Member Engagement as well as Retail Delivery including the Contact Center, Security, and Wealth Management teams. Through working with internal teams to more clearly discern the changing needs of members it will allow On Tap to better offer the right products and solutions. She has a knack for analyzing trends to help teams better understand and develop short or long-term strategies to address the most crucial needs facing our members.

Laurie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Northern Colorado.
