NAVEX Global Sponsors Ethics & Compliance Initiative’s Virtual Event with the Department of Justice

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NAVEX Global®, a leader in integrated risk management and compliance solutions, is proud to sponsor the Ethics & Compliance Initiative’s (ECI)’s upcoming virtual event: A Q&A with the DoJ, scheduled for Thursday, July 30 from 2-4 p.m EDT.

The session will feature a discussion with Brian Rabbitt, Acting Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division, US DoJ, focused on recent updates to two key documents—the Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs, and the FCPA Resource Guide—providing crucial guidance on corporate compliance for the entire risk and compliance community. Rabbitt will answer attendee questions in a Q&A style discussion facilitated by Patricia Harned, CEO of ECI.

“ECI is thrilled to have NAVEX Global’s support for this important event showcasing the latest federal guidance on corporate compliance,” said Harned. “NAVEX Global’s support demonstrates the significance this guidance has for risk and compliance professionals and the organizations they support. We are grateful for their sponsorship, which helps provide greater access to this educational Best Practice Forum.”

A panel discussion with David Ogden, former Deputy Attorney General, and Charles (Chuck) Duross, former Deputy Chief of the Fraud Section and a principal author of the first edition of the FCPA Resource Guide, will follow the Q&A. In addition to the DoJ’s perspective on these recent updates, attendees can also expect insights about the implications for corporate compliance programs and about the DoJ’s priorities.
