Redox Virtual Care Customers Grow by 46 Percent in Four Months

Remedy and other providers adjust to rising demand for virtual care via the Redox Rapid Deployment Model

Redox has added 13 virtual care customers to its network since March - a 46 percent increase in four months. Using the Redox Rapid Deployment Model, RPM and telehealth software vendors can go live and integrate with healthcare organizations in less than two weeks, a process that typically takes 16-18 weeks.

Vendors collect medical data in patient homes or care facilities using medical devices or self-reported apps, but the value of the data is in provider utilization. Redox connects virtual care devices and applications with health system electronic health records (EHRs).
