Armorblox Certified as a Great Place to Work™ in 2020

Validated Employee Feedback Gathered with Great Place to Work’s Rigorous, Data-driven Methodology Shows 96% of Employees Have a Consistently Positive Experience at Armorblox

CUPERTINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Armorblox, a cloud office security platform that stops targeted attacks and data loss across email, messaging, and file-sharing applications, today announced that it is Great Place to Work-Certified™. Validated employee feedback gathered with Great Place to Work’s rigorous, data-driven “For All” methodology shows 96% of employees have a consistently positive experience at Armorblox.

Great Place to Work®, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These elements included employee opinions on Armorblox business practices, the extent of support they get to complete projects, and whether they believe their work makes a difference. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do in the organization.

This is the first year Armorblox has participated in the survey, with 96% of staff members saying that it is a great place to work compared to 59% of employees at a typical U.S. based company. All Armorblox employees (100%) noted that they felt a sense of pride in their work and accomplishments.

“We are thrilled to be Great Place to Work-Certified™,” said Kassidy Huynh, Head of People and Culture at Armorblox. “We have a tightly knit team of passionate people where everyone has a voice by default and everyone goes the extra mile for each other. It means a lot that our employees have reported a consistently positive experience with their coworkers, their leaders, and with their roles. The Armorblox culture is a guiding light for every employee because it’s a function of every employee - that’s what makes Armorblox greater than the sum of its parts.”

“We congratulate Armorblox on their certification,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Best Workplace List Research at Great Place to Work®. “Organizations like Armorblox show that earning your employees’ trust creates great workplace cultures and plays a key role in delivering outstanding business results.”
