Circumstances giving rise to the notifications

Today, 8 June 2020, Patrick Dardis (Chief Executive), Torquil Sligo-Young (Information Resources Director) and Tracy Dodd (People Director) sold the following shares in the Company’s capital:

• Patrick Dardis: 10,500 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each (sold at £11.10 per share);
• Torquil Sligo-Young: 10,000 non-voting ordinary shares of 12.5p each (sold at £7.25 per share); and
• Tracy Dodd: 1,350 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each (sold at £11.10 per share).

Each of them sold most of the shares to cover a forthcoming tax liability arising from deferred annual bonus share awards made in June 2017.
