Ford Provides Details of Thursday’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

DEARBORN, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ford Motor Company will conduct its 2020 annual meeting of shareholders virtually on Thursday, May 14, at 8:30 a.m. EDT. The audio broadcast will be accessible from a computer, tablet or smartphone.

Shareholders will be able to listen, vote and submit questions from any remote location with internet connectivity. The meeting will also be available to members of the news media and other interested people through a listen-only audio webcast.
