CESA 6 Foundation Grant Funded by CM Regent Insurance Company®

MECHANICSBURG, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Donations from CM Regent Insurance Company allowed the CESA 6 Smart Thinking Foundation to make $60,000 in micro-grants available to public and private K-12 school systems in Wisconsin, with individual awards of up to $1,000 toward CESA 6 products and services. The grants will help schools to innovate and achieve their strategic goals.

“At this time of great uncertainty, CM Regent is proud to partner with CESA 6 to provide the funds necessary to advance the work of schools in Wisconsin,” said Bob White, president of CM Regent Insurance Company. “Schools are the cornerstones of our communities, and this partnership will help provide them with the tools needed to continue their important work educating Wisconsin’s children.”

The mission of the CESA 6 Smart Thinking Foundation is to promote innovation in learning by supporting directed programs for educational systems. The foundation was created by Cooperative Educational Service Agency 6 (CESA 6), a non-profit agency based in Oshkosh, Wis., whose mission is to provide solutions to school systems to maximize success.

Foundation Board President Ted Neitzke praised CM Regent for its investment in Wisconsin schools and thanked school leaders who applied for grants. “Thank you for your proactive efforts to continually improve your service to students, staff and families. That’s Smart Thinking!” Neitzke said.
