Bank of America Changes Annual Shareholders Meeting to Virtual Attendance

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bank of America announced today that it will host the company’s 2020 annual meeting of shareholders virtually due to public health concerns resulting from the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the related protocols federal, state, and local governments have implemented. The 2020 annual meeting of shareholders will begin at 10 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, April 22. Shareholders will not be able to attend the 2020 annual meeting in person.

An audio webcast of the meeting will be available on the company’s investor relations website, and a replay will be available through Wednesday, April 29.

Shareholders of record at the close of business on Monday, March 2 who wish to participate can visit www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/BAC2020 and enter the 16-digit voting control number found on their proxy card, voting instruction form, notice of internet availability of proxy materials or previously received email. Whether or not shareholders plan to attend the virtual annual meeting, Bank of America urges shareholders to select one of the methods described in the proxy materials to vote and submit their proxies in advance of the meeting.
