Janus Henderson Investors to Offer Global Sustainable Equity Fund to US Investors

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Janus Henderson Investors (NYSE/ASX: JHG) today announced it has filed a preliminary registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the Global Sustainable Equity Fund, an open-end mutual fund, as an extension of its existing Global Sustainable Equity strategy for US investors.

Hamish Chamberlayne, CFA and Aaron Scully, CFA will co-manage the fund.

Janus Henderson has a long history of active involvement in ESG initiatives on a diverse range of topics including corporate governance, sustainable investing and climate change. The inception for Janus Henderson’s Global Sustainable Equity strategy was in 1991.

If all approvals are granted, the Fund is expected to launch on or around June 22, 2020.
