ProPath Named One of the 2020 Best Workplaces in Texas by Great Place to Work® and Fortune

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Great Place to Work and Fortune have honored ProPath as one of the 2020 Best Workplaces in Texas. The ranking considered nearly 55,000 responses from Texas-based employees. Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team. Rankings are based on employees’ feedback and reward companies who best include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization. ProPath took the No. 24 spot on the list.

“We are proud of this team member response-driven recognition. Since implementing wholesale cultural changes in people, structure and values three years ago, we have seen an immediate and dramatic 15% improvement in team member retention. Those savings allow us to invest in our people and workplace. We did all of it because it was the right thing to do and we will only continue to improve as our culture is ingrained,” said Cory A. Roberts, M.D., President, Chairman and CEO of ProPath.

The Best Workplaces in Texas stand out for exceling in one of the nation’s most competitive marketplaces. ProPath really built on its core values of patient focus, accountability, teamwork, honesty and service. In addition to forming a new, separate charitable organization to provide for ProPath team members in need, ProPath raised tens of thousands of dollars for various other charitable organizations. Regular blood drives, assistance for underprivileged school kids and packing food for undernourished people around the world are just a few of the activities the company participated in over the past year.

The Best Workplaces in Texas is one of a series of rankings by Great Place to Work and Fortune based on employee feedback from Great Place to Work-Certified organizations. ProPath also was ranked as a Best Workplace for 2019-2020 by Great Place to Work and Fortune.
