TCF Bank Lowers Prime Rate to 3.25 Percent

DETROIT--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TCF Financial Corporation (TCF) (NASDAQ: TCF) and its subsidiaries announced today that they are lowering their prime rate to 3.25 percent from 4.25 percent, effective today, March 16, 2020.
