HSBC Bank USA, N.A. and Affiliates Lower Prime and Reference Rate

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HSBC Bank USA, N.A., and its affiliates announced that they have lowered their prime and reference rates to 3.25% from 4.25%, effective today, March 16, 2020.
