Graco Announces Changes to Executive Leadership Team

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG), a leading manufacturer of fluid handling equipment, is pleased to announce changes to its executive leadership team, effective April 20, 2020. These changes follow the retirement of Mark D. Eberlein, President of the Worldwide Process and Oil & Natural Gas Divisions, who will end his 24-year Graco career on April 19, 2020.

David M. Lowe has been named President of the Worldwide Process Division, succeeding Mr. Eberlein. Mr. Lowe has served Graco for 25 years, most recently as President of the Worldwide Industrial Products Division.

Angela F. Wordell has been named Executive Vice President of Operations and President of the Worldwide Oil & Natural Gas Division. Ms. Wordell has been with the Company for 26 years and was named Executive Vice President of Operations in December 2018.

Peter J. O’Shea has been named President of the Worldwide Industrial Products Division. Mr. O’Shea has served Graco for 25 years, most recently as President of the Worldwide Lubrication Equipment Division. A new leader for the Lubrication Equipment Division will be named in a future announcement.
