At the 2020 Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice Awards, NEW HOME earns the program’s top honor, “The Eliant,” for second straight year and fifth time in company’s 10-year history.

ALISO VIEJO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Last week, The New Home Company (NEW HOME) (NYSE: NWHM) received “The Eliant” award for providing its customers with the best purchase and ownership experiences of any builder in the United States. The honor was presented during the 24^th annual Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice Awards.

The Eliant is a cumulative award given to builders who rate highest for Best Overall Purchase and Ownership Experience. This is the second straight year that NEW HOME has earned The Eliant, and fifth time in the company’s 10-year history.

NEW HOME was selected first in the multi-division category based on the results of more than 170,000 surveys administered in 2019 to recent homebuyers from 178 major homebuilders across the U.S. The Homebuyers’ Choice Awards are presented annually by Eliant, a customer experience management company that has been surveying buyers of new homes for more than 36 years.

In addition to The Eliant, NEW HOME was also honored with the First-Place award for First Year Customer Service Experience among all high-volume builders. Also, four NEW HOME representatives were awarded top honors for delivering extraordinary customer experiences.
