Citi Trends Declares Dividend

SAVANNAH, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Citi Trends, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTRN) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per common share, payable on March 17, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 3, 2020.

As a reminder, Citi Trends previously announced plans to release its earnings for the fourth quarter of 2019 before the market opens on Friday, March 13, 2020.
