OMNIBUS 2019 - New Cars: Car Owner's Opinions, 4th Wave - ResearchAndMarkets.com

DUBLIN--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The "OMNIBUS 2019. New Cars: Car Owner's Opinions (Fourth wave)" report has been added to ResearchAndMarkets.com's offering.

The Omnibus is an annual project of the publisher, a survey of owners of new cars according to a certain methodology that makes it possible to compare the performance indicators over time.

The project is based on the formation of a representative sample corresponding to the regional structure of car sales of the studied brands. In the course of the study, we get a consumer estimation of the owners of the most popular brands in the ranking of Russian sales (about 30 brands).

The project also provides an opportunity to compare annually the change in indicators by brands, as well as to ask the respondents participating in the survey. The survey evaluated: satisfaction with the car (several parameters), satisfaction with the purchase and maintenance of the car at the service of an authorized dealer (several parameters), trust index in the dealer's service center, re-purchase index and NPS index.

In 2019, the fourth wave of research took place. Due to the insufficient number of respondents in the sample, Chevrolet brand was excluded from the assessment, but Infiniti was added. As a result, the total number of brands represented in the report is 30, and the total number of respondents is more than 3,000 car owners.

Key Topics Covered:

  • Assessment methodology and main parameters
