The Standard Promotes Kathleen Quetel to Second Vice President of Risk Underwriting

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Standard Insurance Company ("The Standard”) announced today that Kathleen Quetel has been promoted to second vice president of Risk Underwriting.
