LOS ANGELES--()--InStride, the premier global provider of Strategic Enterprise Education, has announced the four founding members of the InStride Advisory Board (IAB), strengthening InStride’s ties to current and future corporate partners, who are seeking innovative ways to educate and develop their workforces.

George S. Barrett, former Chair and CEO of Cardinal Health, Inc., Barbara J. Desoer, former CEO of Citibank, N.A., and current member of the Board of Directors of Citigroup Inc., Mark Fields, former president and CEO of Ford Motor Company, and Amy E. Miles, former Chair of the Board and CEO of Regal Entertainment Group, will serve on InStride’s Advisory Board.

George S. Barrett - Barrett is the former Chair of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Cardinal Health, Inc. (NYSE: CAH). He was named a Top CEO by Institutional Investor multiple times. Under his leadership, the company grew to no. 15 on the Fortune 500 with 50,000 employees worldwide and was recognized as one of America’s best employers, as well as a top company for leadership development, diversity and corporate responsibility.

Barbara J. Desoer - Desoer served as the Chief Executive Officer of Citibank, N.A., and is a current member of the Board of Directors of Citigroup, Inc. (NYSE: C). Citibank, N.A. accounts for approximately 75% of Citigroup's total assets. It is the primary entity within which Citigroup engages in activities through branches and subsidiaries in 95 countries and territories, including the United States (and excluding Mexico).

Mark Fields - Fields was President and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F) and was a member of the company’s board of directors until May 2017. His leadership was critical to the company’s North American restructuring, turnaround at the end of the last decade, and record profits in both 2015 and 2016. Fields joined Ford in 1989 and progressed through several leadership positions in the United States, South America, Asia and Europe.

Amy E. Miles - Miles is the former Chair of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of a leading theatre exhibitor in the U.S., Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC). During her tenure as CEO, Amy strategically positioned the company for long-term, sustained growth by driving operational efficiencies, investing in customer experience-related infrastructure and building organizational capabilities.
