COSTA MESA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--D.A. Davidson & Co. announced today that its client, California-based Soft-Pak, Incorporated, a leading independent provider of integrated back office, route management and customer relationship management software solutions to the waste and recycling fleet industry, has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Dover Corporation, a diversified global manufacturer with annual revenue of approximately $7 billion. “I am thrilled to have worked with the D.A. Davidson technology investment banking team on this transaction,” said Porter. “They were a true partner in this transaction and guided me through the process step by step. As a result, I am confident we found the best partner for Soft-Pak and its employees.”
