FeganScott Opens New York City Office, Adds Associate

Jonathan Lindenfeld will open firm’s newest office

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Chicago-based law firm FeganScott announced that attorney Jonathan Lindenfeld has joined the firm, opening its New York City office. This is the fifth location for FeganScott’s expanding practice.

Lindenfeld will help FeganScott bolster its focus on economic frauds and establish the firm’s presence in New York City. With experience in federal securities litigation and shareholder derivative litigation, Lindenfeld brings valuable experience working with institutional clients.

Prior to joining FeganScott, Lindenfeld was an associate at Pomerantz LLP, a securities litigation antitrust litigation and corporate governance law firm in New York City. Lindenfeld earned his juris doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law, where he received honors in business law and was also the editor for the Journal of International Business and Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Queens College – City University of New York.
