Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. Announces Tax Treatment of 2019 Dividends

TYSONS, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. (NYSE: PK) (the “Company”) today announced the tax reporting information for its 2019 cash distributions on its Common Stock.

The distributions, totaling $1.90 per share, were paid as follows: $0.45 on April 15, 2019; $0.45 on July 15, 2019; $0.45 on October 15, 2019; and $0.55 on January 15, 2020.

For income tax purposes, the dividends for 2019, totaling $1.90 per share, are classified as $1.605405 (84.4950%) Total ordinary dividends and $0.294595 (15.5050%) Total capital gain distribution. The Total ordinary dividends include Section 199A dividends of $1.605405.
