AlayaCare Announces Strategic Acquisition of Procura

Acquisition will strengthen AlayaCare’s growth in the Australian and New Zealand markets and accelerate their vision to be the world’s most trusted home, community and residential aged care technology provider

SYDNEY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AlayaCare, an award-winning technology platform for home and community care, today announced the acquisition of Procura, a division of Complia Health, leading global provider of enterprise software for long-term and post-acute care provider organisations. With nearly 200 customers, Procura was founded in 1989 and has operations in Canada and Australia.
