LOCATE Inventory Names Former Intuit Executive Annie Terry as Chief Business Officer

LAGUNA HILLS, Calif.--()--LOCATE Inventory, a Southern California-based technology company responsible for developing a revolutionary cloud-based inventory and order management software application, has hired former Intuit executive Annie Terry as Chief Business Officer.

“We are all very excited to welcome Annie to our executive team as we prepare to enter the global market,” said LOCATE Inventory Founder and CEO George Keliher. “The company has grown well beyond our own lofty expectations and we believe her expertise will help drive dynamic growth as we look to bring enterprise-level inventory management software to the mid-market.”

Terry will be responsible for business development and strategic partnerships.

“I am so thankful for the opportunity to join the talented team at LOCATE,” said Terry. “They are a sleeping giant in inventory management and have created, by far, the best advanced inventory solution for the mid-market customer. Their ability to provide scalable, enterprise-level inventory features without the cost and complexity of an ERP system is unparalleled. It’s a very exciting time for the company and I can’t wait to help LOCATE reach even greater heights.”

Terry spent 13 years at Intuit, the makers of QuickBooks and TurboTax, joining the company in 2007 as program manager of developer relations. She was promoted to senior program manager in 2012. At Intuit, Terry brokered a strategic partnership with Lighter Capital and developed the $15M Lighter Capital Intuit Developer Fund. She also created and executed Intuit’s $100,000 Small Business App Showdown.

Keliher and his team launched LOCATE in 2017 when they realized there was a substantial gap in the marketplace for inventory management software applications for mid-sized companies. The platform was built to bring enterprise-level features into the QuickBooks and Xero ecosystems, and LOCATE was named a Top-10 QuickBooks Online App in 2017.

LOCATE is the ideal solution for inventory-based companies looking to harness the power of the cloud without any of the data caps or volume constraints found with traditional inventory software applications. The company is on track to process more than $500M in invoiced transactions this year alone.

Micro Kickboard, The Splash Lab, and former Shark Tank contestant, Wurkin Stiffs, are among companies currently utilizing LOCATE’s application.
