The refreshed visual identity highlights the organization’s dedicated employees and collaborative approach, with original photography and video content showcasing its valued team members. The initiative is aimed at recognizing the driving force behind Service West’s sustained success – its people.

The creative development, led by San Francisco-based marketing firm MacKenzie, included surveys and discussions with employees, partners and clients to garner feedback and establish a visual identity that was representative of Service West’s unique culture and values. In addition to recognizing the company’s employees, the new look and website were also designed to better communicate the organization’s growing service line and advances in technology.

To commemorate its new look, the company will soon add a variety of wrapped vehicles to its 80-plus fleet, as well as launch a social media campaign introducing the public to the many faces of Service West. “This brand initiative celebrates Service West employees and underscores our pledge to hire, develop and care for the best and brightest talent in the industry,” Shepherd said.
Planning is underway for the organization’s 40th anniversary, with year-long activities set to launch in January 2021.
