SANTA CLARA, Calif.--()--Centrify, a leading provider of cloud-ready Zero Trust Privilege to secure modern enterprises, today announced that Howard Greenfield has joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Greenfield will lead the global sales and marketing functions for the company, driving the overall go-to-market strategy with a focus on execution and increasing shareholder value.

Greenfield most recently was CRO at SailPoint for over five years, where he helped lead the company to a successful IPO in November 2017. Greenfield was previously Vice President of WW Mobility Sales for Citrix after its acquisition of Zenprise, and also held sales leadership roles at Wanova (acquired by VMWare), Witness Systems (acquired by Verint Systems), and Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP).

“Howard joins Centrify as we embark on our next phase of growth and market leadership. He brings industry-recognized leadership and a track record of growth and expansion that will be invaluable as we continue delivering our market-leading Zero Trust Privilege services,“ said Tim Steinkopf, Chief Executive Officer at Centrify. “Howard has had great success building and running successful sales organizations throughout his career, and I am thrilled that he is joining our team at Centrify.”

“Privileged credentials are the easiest way to breach a company. It’s time that organizations across all industries understand that reality, and reduce their exposure to privileged access abuse,” said Greenfield. “I’m excited to leverage Centrify’s leadership position to help our customers and prospects meet privilege-related threats head-on and successfully prevent data breaches.”
