Goggin’s expertise and depth of experience will support the company’s innovative community-based palliative care (CBPC) solutions and associated healthcare technology platforms, further enhancing digital programs, data integration, governance and healthcare analytics.

Throughout his career, Goggin has served in leadership positions, including chief strategist at ThreeBridge Solutions, a member of the Board for BeneSys, Inc., chief operating officer at Revel, chief information officer at FAIR Health Inc. and senior vice president of Payer Services IT at Change Healthcare.
At these healthcare organizations, Goggin was responsible for leading technology and operational development, product development and operations, managing data centers and network infrastructure and overseeing relationships with internal and external technology and service providers. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.
