Park Towers’ Board of Directors voted unanimously to engage Synergy Sotheby’s International Realty to globally market its two towers and to raise awareness of its $120 million asset in the United States and throughout the globe.

Park Towers is a 20-story two-tower, 84-unit luxury condominium property located east of the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. The property was developed by Irwin Molasky and Steve Wynn. The building completed in 2001 at a cost of $120 Million. The project Architect was JMA Architecture Studios. Park Towers inspired a condominium boom in Las Vegas that began in 2003. Park Towers is widely considered the preeminent, most prestigious luxury residential high-rise building in Las Vegas.
