Atrium Launches 3 Subscription Packages to Meet Demand for Reimagined Legal Services

Innovative Service Model Improves Client and Attorney Experience

Featuring premium professional services in combination with purpose-built technology, the packages advance Atrium’s mission to deliver world-class legal and business advice and frictionless transactions.

About the subscriptions:

  • Atrium Membership: Atrium members unlock clear, upfront pricing for corporate legal projects and gain access to Atrium’s technology platform, which facilitates document sharing and legal team collaboration. Members have access to business resources, including playbooks for scaling new ventures, a founder community for networking and sharing knowledge, and Atrium private events, offers and discounts. Pricing is $500 per month.
  • GC Core: A GC Core subscription bundles together Atrium Membership, more time with an attorney, and a set of technology and legal services that anticipate the needs of venture-backed companies as they gain traction and fundraise. The package covers situations commonly encountered by startups relating to their board of directors, hiring, contracts and legal project management. Pricing starts at $1,500 per month.
  • GC Growth: A GC Growth subscription includes Atrium Membership and links companies with attorneys who have in-house experience from large private and public companies. Attorneys are available on-site to help build in-house legal teams and kickstart cross-functional best practices. Pricing is custom based on the needs of the client.

The new packages are available immediately for incoming clients. Current clients can expect a phased transition to the new packages.
