LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lamps Plus announced today its support of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital by offering lamp shades and pillows featuring patient artwork with proceeds benefiting the organization in recognition of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Lamps Plus will donate 50 percent of the retail sales of lamp shades and pillows featuring St. Jude patient artwork to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital now until Sept. 30.
As part of the partnership, 10 bold pieces of artwork created by childhood cancer survivors are available on lamp shades and decorative pillows. The artwork features whimsical, hand-painted animals, including cats, owls, birds and zebras. Colorful abstract images with hearts and a hand-lettered, multi-color design that spells out St. Jude are also available.

The art patterns are printed onto lamp shades and pillows using a patented giclee printing process. The pillows are 18 square inches and have a 95/5 feather-down mix. Both the lamp shades and pillows are assembled by artisans in Lamps Plus’ Los Angeles workshop.
