Ingevity publishes 2018 sustainability report update

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C.--()--Ingevity Corporation (NYSE: NGVT) today announced the release of its sustainability report update, as a demonstration of the company’s ongoing commitment to operating as a sustainable organization.

The report update provides new information about Ingevity’s performance towards the sustainability initiatives outlined in its inaugural report, which was published last year. Outlined in the update are metrics and management practices collected in 2018 for each of the company’s four pillars of sustainability, which are built upon the foundation of integrity and ethical behavior: Protecting People and the Environment; Creating Value for Customers and Society; Engaging Our People; and Driving Business Excellence. In addition, the update features a “What’s New” section, which highlights material developments in 2018, and an index that tracks Ingevity’s reported information with the U.N. Sustainability Goals.
