Held this past weekend, the Grand Opening offered food trucks, music and giveaways for attendees as they toured the new center. The facility boasts resort-quality amenities, including a kitchen, splash pad, children’s playground, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, arcade games, working space, picnic area and more, totaling just under 9,400 square feet.
The center is the newest addition for Loma Vista residents, who enjoy other facilities to include a resort-style pool, state of the art fitness center, outdoor patio with barbecue pit, soccer field and sand volleyball court. The amenity center’s grand opening comes as the community continues to expand. Loma Vista’s newest phase includes 145 lots, with an additional 140 lots expected to be delivered Fall 2020. Homes within Loma Vista range from the low $60,000s to the $110,000s.
