(Nasdaq: HMST) or (“HomeStreet”), the parent company of HomeStreet Bank (the “Bank”), today announced the Bank has filed a Notice of Closure with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to close its Oswego Oregon retail branch located at 310 North State Street, Suite 218, Lake Oswego, OR 97034. The location will remain open to customers until September 20, 2019.

Our branch employees are dedicated to making this a seamless transition for our customers.”
