Wealth Management Dynamo Mark Bell Joins Balentine to Expand the Firm’s Family Office Services

ATLANTA--()--Balentine, a Southeast-based wealth management firm, announced today that Mark Bell, D.Phil., has joined the company as Head of Family Office Services and Private Capital. A fixture of the Atlanta business community, Bell brings deep experience in asset management, private capital, and family office management.

Bell’s track record of working with entrepreneurs and high-net-worth clients is key to building out the multi-family office platform at Balentine. Bell’s appointment brings a robust background that includes leadership roles at Diversified Trust, BlueArc Capital, D.E. In addition to an impressive career in asset management, Mark Bell has lectured at the University of Oxford in England where he earned both a master’s and doctoral degree. His post-graduate work built upon the bachelor’s degree he earned at Stanford University where he was the valedictorian speaker for his class. He currently serves as an adjunct faculty member of the Center for Alternative Investments at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Bell devotes significant time to the community as a trustee of Trinity School and The Schenck School in Atlanta, as well as board roles at the University of Oxford Bodleian Libraries, the Atlanta Ballet, Georgia Institute of Technology. In recent years, he’s also served on the boards of the Michael C. Carlos Museum, Emory University, and MAP International.
