Lisa Harris Jones was re-elected as an Independent Trustee.
John G. Murray was re-elected as a Managing Trustee.
Shareholders ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as ILPT’s independent auditors to serve for the 2019 fiscal year.
Shareholders approved the amendment to the Declaration of Trust so that in a contested election the Trustees are elected by a plurality of the votes cast by shareholders.
