Howell brings over three decades of extensive payer and provider experience, having served in executive level roles at United Healthcare/Optum, AIDS Healthcare Foundation and Heritage Provider Network, a delegated medical group.
Contributing subject matter expertise in palliative care, analytics, clinical quality, network integration and payment models, Howell has performed international service in Russia, Ukraine, Guatemala, Honduras and Haiti. After 30 years Howell continues to see patients at an academic medical center with inpatient and outpatient consults.
