CHAPEL HILL, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Bell Leadership Institute, a global leader in leadership training and executive education that helps organizations develop leadership mastery, announces the promotion of Amy Hagen to the position of Executive Director. In this newly created leadership role, Amy will be responsible for the inner-workings of Bell Leadership Institute; motivating and guiding the team and developing customized executive education, training, and coaching solutions for our valuable clients.
Hagen began her career with the Bell Leadership Institute in May of 1999. As a 20-year veteran with Bell Leadership Institute, Amy has worked in every client-related position within the organization. She has mastered each role and has gained an exceptional level of expertise within operations, logistics and all custom experiences we provide to our clients. Amy was born and raised in Niantic, CT. She moved to North Carolina to attend college at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She moved to Durham in 1999, where she currently resides with her husband and two children. Amy spends her time out of the office with her family and friends as well as traveling and visiting her family vacation home on the North Carolina coast. She also volunteers for the Durham Summer Swim League, Open Table Ministry, and New Hope Church.
