Judges from the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association tasted over two dozen cheeses in the “Flavored Soft Cheese” category before naming Galbani Marinated Fresh Mozzarella, a vibrant, ciliegine mozzarella about the size of a cherry, best of class.
This cheese, with its unique combination of herbs, spices and high-quality ingredients, is perfect for salads and appetizers. It has been honored in various contests over the past five years.
