CEO to Present at Imagination in Action & Future of Health Technology Summit

Sub Datta, CEO and co-founder of CompanionMx, will present on the role of AI-powered technology in monitoring behavioral vital signs to predict the onset of mental health episodes.

  • Future of Health Technology Institute (FHTI) Summit explores developments at the frontiers of medicine and AI-driven genomics, wearables, nano-sensors, and connection science. The program will focus on new ways to approach care models, medical training, and drug discovery in the era of “connected drugs.” Mr. Datta will present on how a patient centered app for continuous monitoring of mood, combined with a clinician dashboard, can improve workflow and outcomes in mental health.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Subhrangshu (Sub) Datta is the Co-Founder and CEO of CompanionMx, a digital health technology company that launched in 2018. Prior to joining CompanionMx, Sub was the Chief Business Officer of Soft Robotics. Over the course of the past decade in healthcare, he has held senior leadership roles building and scaling start-up business units within Smith & Nephew and EMD Serono. With multiple issued and pending patents, expertise in product development, strategy, operations and commercialization, Sub is deeply passionate about behavioral health and using technology to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Sub holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, an MS in Engineering Systems from MIT, an MS in Materials Science & Engineering from The Ohio State University and a BEng in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
