SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thumbtack today announced that Lily Sarafan, President and CEO of Home Care Assistance, has been named to its board of directors.

Under her leadership for more than a decade, Home Care Assistance has evolved from startup to sector leader with more than 7,000 employees. Sarafan is a current board member, investor and advisor for a slew of innovative companies, having most recently served on the board of Counsyl through its sale to Myriad Genetics.
