The ISO 27001 certification combines with Citizant’s existing ISO 9001:2015 for talent acquisition and ISO 20000-1:2011 for service management to comprise Citizant’s Management System. This system gives customers and partners confidence that Citizant achieves high-quality and consistent results in internal operations.
