About the Women’s Leadership Conference of SO
Since the Women’s Leadership Conference of SO was first held in February 2013, more than 1800 people have attended. The conference grew out of a desire to see more women represented in leadership roles in business and the community. This desire is not just about inspiring women to step up as leaders, but also about encouraging women to use their voice and share their stories. From these early ideas, shared over coffee, a community has grown. We provide both personal inspiration and practical application to promote a more equitable representation of women leaders in our community—at every career level and all stages of personal growth.
The Women’s Leadership Conference of SO is presented by Southern Oregon University with the sponsorship of more than 30 regional businesses and organizations, including platinum sponsor Lithia Motors, and gold sponsors Harry & David, Moss Adams, and Neuman Hotel Group.
