As previously reported, Mr. Timothy Peabody resigned as Chairman, Director and CEO effective March 7, 2018 and was replaced by Max C. Li. Mr. Peabody therefore no longer has any involvement in the day-to-day operations of the Company or of Tri Cascade, Inc., although he remains a substantial shareholder in the Company.
