WASHINGTON & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mlegal Group, a premier legal search company, announced today the arrival of Jane Sullivan Roberts, one of the region’s leading legal recruiters, to establish its official presence in Washington, D.C. In addition, the firm has expanded its team in New York with the arrival of Rob Delicate.
Roberts, who will serve as managing partner of Mlegal’s Washington, D.C. office, was previously a longtime partner at Major, Lindsey & Africa. She is one of the area’s leading legal recruiters, advising top government lawyers and private practitioners on their career moves. She is also an advisor to many top law firms on their hiring strategies in the nation’s capital.
Roberts’ career encompasses more than a decade in legal recruiting, focused on the Washington, D.C. market. Prior to that, she spent 20 years as a practicing attorney, including as a partner in the Global Technology Group at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where she also held the position of Executive Partner for Talent Development.

Delicate joins Patty Morrissy, managing director who launched Mlegal’s New York office three years ago.
