NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thrive Global, the behavior change media and technology company founded by Arianna Huffington, today announced that Ashley Miles, currently Refinery29’s Chief Client Officer, will join as Global Chief Business Officer. In this newly-created role, Miles will be charged with leading worldwide sales, marketing and monetization and accelerating growth through Thrive's corporate and brand partnerships. Miles will oversee the rollout of Thrive's digital behavior change product suite to the enterprise market and will report directly to Founder and CEO Arianna Huffington.

Miles has spent the last six years at Refinery29, the leading digital media and entertainment company for women, most recently as the company’s first-ever Chief Client Officer. Miles ran the brand's advertising and revenue strategy, growth and development, while overseeing sales, strategic marketing, client solutions and media planning operations. During her time there, Miles was pivotal to the success of Refinery29, exponentially scaling the company and helping diversify its revenue growth to a nine-figure business, including 29Rooms, the company’s most expansive global experiential offering.
Prior to Refinery29, Miles served as Regional Vice President at Brand.net, an ad technology company, where she ran sales, marketing, ad operations, scaled revenue across Fortune 100 advertisers and saw through its acquisition by Valassis. Before that, she served as Executive Sales Director of Beauty at InStyle digital where she piloted the company’s digital growth in the beauty and wellness category.
