- Customized Dashboards - Organize dashboard view to highlight what matters most, including current balances, vendor transactions, and daily business insights. Plug-ins to existing integrations include Stripe, PayPal, and Salesforce to enable owners to see the pulse of their business in one spot.
- Multi-Entity Login - Toggle between business entities to stay updated and in control of all accounts.
- Track and Manage with Receipt Bank - Instantly upload photos of receipts on the go. As soon as a transaction hits the accounting file, digital receipt images can be attached to it. In the meantime, photos will be stored in ScaleFactor’s document library. Transactions are updated and classified daily, and we’ll notify you of new transactions needing your attention.
- Activity Center - Users are alerted to actions that need to be taken, are able to perform tasks directly from app on smartphone, and can continuously interact with their Business OS.
The ScaleFactor mobile app is currently available via the iOS App Store and Google Play as a free download for current platform subscribers.
