OAK BROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Inland Property Management LLC (“the Company”), a full-service property management firm specializing in the management of commercial real estate properties owned by entities that are part of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc., announced today that the Company has signed leases with BenchMark Physical Therapy, WNB Factory and Rainbow Shops at Old National Marketplace in the City of South Fulton, Georgia, approximately 12 miles southwest of Atlanta.
Located at 6385 Old National Highway in the City of South Fulton, Old National Marketplace is a 235,081-square-foot shopping center comprised of a variety of national and regional tenants. The three leases total more than 16,000 square feet, adding a mix of service, retail and restaurant options to the shopping center.

The new tenants include BenchMark Physical Therapy, a family of physical therapy brands that operates and supports more than 350 clinics across 15 states; Rainbow Shops, an international fashion retailer with over 1,000 locations; and WNB Factory, also known as Wings N Burgers Factory, which serves a variety of burgers, wings, sandwiches, salads and seafood.
WNB Factory is currently open and operating. BenchMark Physical Therapy and Rainbow Shops will open in 2019.
