The Austin-based benefits expert will leverage his extensive background of in-depth analysis and wellness expertise to service a growing portfolio of clients both in Texas and across the U.S.

Prior to joining Alliant, Cox was President of the Health division of a large, integrated HR services organization. Throughout his multifaceted career, he has repeatedly set new standards for creating resilient, high-performing, and healthy organizations ranging from large Fortune 500 companies to regional companies and nonprofits.
